Just like with the previous installments, this film has three scary stories: Mamanyika, Isla Engkanto and Punerarya.
“Mamanyika” marks the big screen directorial debut of Zoren Legaspi. The story is about an orphaned girl who gets a doll that turns out to be evil and kills people. Shaina Magdayao and Ricky Davao lead the cast.
Director Topel Lee, fresh from the box-office office success of another Regal suspense-thriller, “White House,” combines fantasy and horror in the “Isla Engkanto” episode. Starring are Andi Eigenmann and Rayver Cruz, two of the finest performers of their generation. John Lapus and Regine Angeles co-star.
“Punerarya” is about a family who owns a funeral parlor, but actually satisfies their hunger by making meals out of the dead bodies. Sid Lucero, Carla Abellana, Mart Escudero lead the cast, with child actor Nash Aguas, who bagged the best child performer award in Topel’s “Yaya” episode in “SRR X.” Director is Jerrold Tarog.

Star Cinema has released the official movie poster and trailer of their MMFF entry “Ang Tanging Ina Mo, Last Na ‘To!”.
It is the third and final installment of the Ang Tanging Ina series and will officially be part of the 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival. It will premiere in December 25, 2010 alongside fellow Star Cinema projects such as: RPG: Metanoia and Dalaw.
The Comedy Queen Ai-Ai de las Alas reprises her role as Ina Montecilio and Eugene Domingo as Rowena. Yuuki Kadooka who plays Martin “Ten-Ten” Montecilio will be back for the third film as well as Nikki Valdez as Getrudis “Tudis” Montecilio, Marc Acueza as Sixto “Six” Montecilio, and Kaye Abad as Jenny who were not part of the previous one. The eldest of the family, Juan Montecilio portrayed by Marvin Agustin will return after GMA allowed him to appear in the Star Cinema production.
Most characters will reunite for the last film with the exception of Heart Evangelista who was removed for not showing up during taping sessions.

Juan (played by Dolphy) is a senior citizen who lives in a nursing home in the United States. In his younger days, he was a vaudeville performer who was part of a comedy duo called Wan and Tu. The younger version of Wan (Dolphy) is portrayed by his son Epy Quizon while Tu is portrayed by his other son, Vandolph. To entertain himself and ease the loneliness, Juan watches Wowowee on The Filipino Channel (TFC). His enthusiasm for the show rubs on his friends in the nursing home, and they too, turn into "Wowowee" converts -- much to the chargin of the strict son of Juan who runs the nursing home. The elderly Juan misses the Philippines, especially his first love Aida whom he lost touch with during the Japanese occupation of Manila. He finds a way to come back to the Philippines and along the way, he is reunited with his good friend Tu (portrayed by Eddie Garcia). He also finds out the whereabouts of his lady love Aida (portrayed by Gloria Romero). G Toengi is cast as the wife of Eric Quizon, who is also cast as a son of Juan in the movie.

Star Cinema released the three-minute movie trailer of their newest movie entitled "Tum: My Pledge of Love" starring the controversial couple Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez. The movie was shot in India where they also had their honeymoon. Local news reports said that the movie was co-starred by Datu Khomeini Bansuan, Nash R. Raza, ex-PBB housemate Ejay Falcon and Robin's real life daughter - Queenie Padilla.
Tum: My Pledge of Love is the first movie together of Robin and Mariel. According to Robin, the movie includes stunts and spectacular action scenes while featuring the rich culture of India.

The film stars the Valentines Box Office King Richard Gutierrez as a novelist searching for a girlfriend with Jillian Ward as his little sister who will have a cupid-like purpose in the movie.
The film has three romantic stories:
“Soulmates” tells of a relationship that started with a vehicular accident involving Richard and Rhian Ramos, a fashion stylist. Richard dies and appears to Rhian as a ghost to ask for help in going back to his family. Eventually, they get closer to each other but what else can happen to them if Richard is already a ghost?
Another story features Richard’s team-up with Survivor Philippines’ Solenn Heussaff in “BBFF”. Richard plays the role of a lawyer who decides to propose to his best friend Solenn. However, the latter prefers that they remain friends due to her beliefs and notions on friendships turning into romantic relationships. She then sets up Richard with Lovi Poe and the two hit it off. Will Solenn regret her match-making in the end?
The trilogy also includes “Gunaw”, an apocalyptic tale with ace comedienne Eugene Domingo. Uge convinces Richard that they have a mission to procreate because they are the only humans left after a worldwide disaster. Will Richard give in to Uge for the sake of humankind?

Basilio and Buboy, two boys from a coastal town, sail off for Manila in search for a better life. Instead they find themselves squabbling for inhospitable space by the breakwater of Manila Bay. In the accident area, there include John "Sweet" Lapus's character. Sweet plays a gay make up artist whose soul ended up to Stephanie's body, turning Angelica Panganiban's character into a flirty, man-hungry sexy woman. This event makes Stephanie different from her natural being.
Meanwhile, Jaime Fabregas's character, a 69-years old man with seems to have no social life at all, his soul ended up with John Lapus's body.
